Storm Damage Gutter Replacement in Flandreau, SD
Challenge
Carla's seamless one-piece hooded gutter system on the back of her home was severely damaged during a late summer storm in Flandreau. Half of the gutter section's hood was folded down with part of the trough ripped open, as shown in the photo. Carla needed a replacement quickly to get the back of her home protected again.
The providers of that gutter couldn't give her a new piece in the near future, so she was very willing to see what we could offer.
Solution
Carla met with our Sioux Falls salesman, Kiel Johnson, to see if our replacement would fit in with the other gutter pieces. After seeing our sample and color options, she was satisfied with how it would be incorporated.
Our owner, Jason Borresch, worked with her insurance company to ensure proper coverage in the like-for-like replacement. After a few weeks of back and forth, full approval was gained and we sent out an installation crew. Carla got 41 feet of new almond colored Gutter Shutter on the back of her home tied into the existing system.
